The management workpackage covers all organisational matters of PICCO and is
led by the project coordinator, T.F. Krauss. He heads the project coordination
committee (PCC) that consists of one representative from each partner.
The coordinator acts as a focus point for the input
from the workpackage managers who oversee the day-to-day technical
progress of the project. He also relates to the project officer in Brussels.
The specific tasks include the collection and writing of reports, organisation
of metings between partners and the annual meeting with the Commission and the
external reviewers.
